Who we are

BookedFlow ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Priya Mathai (ABN 60 569 344 758), based in Brisbane, QLD. We provide done-for-you marketing services for local tradies.

What we collect

Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email and trade/business — when you use our callback form, call us, email us, or speak with us.

Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically by our website host as part of normal server logs.

If you become a client, the business information we need to deliver your services (e.g. access to your Google Business Profile, website and phone setup).

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a call, provide and improve our services, and keep business records. We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us, or a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Phone calls & text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry and our services. You can opt out at any time — just reply STOP to a text or tell us — and we will stop.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our host (Netlify) logs standard request data to keep the site running and secure.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business — for example website hosting (Netlify) and, for clients, the booking/CRM and messaging platform we deliver your service on. They handle data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Some providers may store data on servers located overseas. We otherwise disclose information only if required by law.

Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
