Straight answers
Is asking for reviews allowed?Yes. Google allows asking; it forbids asking only the happy ones, or paying for them. We do neither — every customer you send gets the same text, and nobody is rewarded for a review.
What if a customer’s unhappy?Every customer’s page has the Google button and a private note that goes straight to your phone — as well as, never instead of. You hear it first; they decide.
Do I need a website?No. Your Google listing is all it needs. Add the website plan later if you want one.
