I'm Priya — I started BookedFlow to help Queensland tradies get found and booked without the agency runaround. You deal with me directly: no call centres, no account managers, no lock-in.
BookedFlow does one job first and does it properly: when your phone rings out because you're on the tools, we text the caller back in your business name before they ring the next bloke. From there it's your call how much we take off your hands — the reply landing on your phone to answer yourself, a real person on our team running those conversations and booking the jobs, or that same person answering your phone live.
It exists because the alternative for tradies is usually an agency selling "leads" and fog. We'd rather recover the jobs already calling you, show you exactly what happened each month, and let the numbers argue for us.
How we're different
A real build, not a reseller template
BookedFlow is custom software we run ourselves — not a white-labelled GoHighLevel account with your logo on it. When something needs fixing, the person who built it fixes it.
You deal with the founder
No call centres, no account managers. Priya sets your system up, watches it work and sends you the numbers herself.
One tradie per area
We never work for you and your competitor down the road at the same time. One plumber per patch, one sparkie per patch.
Honest numbers only
We report what we can trace — calls, texts, bookings, reviews. No "impressions", no marketing fog, and no fake testimonials while we earn our first real ones.
